The Robot Design Award is given to the team that uses outstanding programming principles and
solid engineering practices to develop a robot that is mechanically sound, durable, efficient and
highly capable of performing challenge missions.
City Shaper 2019-2020:

Innovation Project Award
is given to a team that utilizes diverse resources for their Innovation Project to help them gain a comprehensive
understanding of their problem, have a creative, well-researched solution, and effectively communicating
their findings to judges and the community.
Lorain County Community College – District qualifier
Innovation Project Award
is given to a team that utilizes diverse resources for their Innovation Project to help them gain a comprehensive
understanding of their problem, have a creative, well-researched solution and effectively communicating
their findings to judges and the community.
Ohio State FLL Championship
Judges award
is given to a team that the judges were impressed with and are expecting great things from in the future, This award recognizes a team
that has made significant progress in their confidence and capability in Robot Design, the Innovation Project, or Core Values.
